I never asked for this feeling
The feeling of being
my emotion are taking hold of me
tenderness all over, it's all coming down
down to one thing I been hiding from

Here I am laying down on the sheets of the ocean
floating away looking up at the clouds and clear blue skies
Am I heading for trouble with these feelings
Tell me, do you think you got me or is it that I got you.
Can you feel me calling out for some
answer beyond my control

I may seem that I am hiding, and running away
but its now time for me to take control and fly
fly among the shooting stars
Let me scream let the world hear me
Shine, yes, this is the time to shine

No more bitter tears, I am on your wings
and the world can now wait on me,
no more screams from yesterday
I am here today,
With you let this moment last and not let it change
The wind can not blow me away

Avocado: (Persea Americana)

• Plant Family: Lauraceae

• Description: Avocado is a medium to large tree growing to 30 meters tall. The leaves are smooth and grow at lengths of up 10-30 centimeters. The flowers are greenish and grow in panicles 6-20 cm long, mostly near the tips of the branches. The fruits vary in sizes, shapes, skin color, texture, taste and flesh color.

• Habitat: Avocado is grown in people’s yard and can also be found sometimes growing in the wild.

• Traditional uses: For colds, high blood pressure, coughs, fever, diarrhea, or painful menses, 3 avocado leaves are boiled in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes and 3 cups are taken daily before meals; this is a cooling refrigerant remedy. A poultice is made of the mashed leaves for headaches, rheumatism, or sprains. The seeds are ground or mashed and boiled in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, 1 cup of this hot decoction is taken 2 times daily for intestinal obstructions. The same decoction, with honey added, is drunk 3 times a day to ease onset of and wheezing caused by asthma. The seeds are used as a contraceptive 3 of them are dried, chopped, and boiled in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes; the cool decoction is drunk daily for 5 days before menses. This treatment is repeated monthly, but can lead to sterility after a year of constant use. The mashed fruit applied directly to hair and skin as a conditioner.
