Dear Sir/ Madam,
The September Celebrations is right around the corner. We the September Celebrations Committee of the Placencia Village Council has planned a Calendar of Events to make ‘Placencia Proud’. On the 3rd September, 2010, we will be having our Annual Miss Placencia, Belize Pageant. We are asking for your support by sponsoring one of our 6 talented, lovely young ladies. We are asking for a minimum $300.00BZ for each contestant, for them to purchase clothing and accessories. Becoming a sponsor you will be mentioned as one of our main sponsors for the event, and the young lady you’ve sponsored will represent your business during the event.

A copy of our September Celebrations Calendar of Events is attached for your review. We also need donations & support for the other events as well. If you are unable to be a sponsor for one of the young ladies for the Pageant, we would truly appreciate your donations for any of the other events listed. The donation can be in the form of gift certificates, Cash prizes, monetary donations towards the organizing of each event, etc.

Kindly call or send in your donations to the Placencia Village Council office by 21st August, 2010. Thank you for your co-operation, support and kind donations for making this year’s events a success and making your beautiful Village Proud.
