Do you have the right Nutrition combination to burn fat

Last issue we talked about the importance of mixing up your exercise routine, not doing the same things over and over again. Now lets talk about nutrition.

Lets start with some simple tips:

1.  Drink 2 glasses of water right when you wake up. Then wait 15 – 30 minutes to eat     breakfast. This will get your metabolism going for that day.

2.  Make sure to eat 5 – 6 small meals throughout the day.  NOT 2 – 3 large meals a day. Your metabolism will speed up by eating this way.

3.  Always keep a small piece of fruit with you. Its very easy while running errands or         working to suddenly realize you are starving. Keeping a healthy option on hand, like
an apple, an orange or a banana, can really save you from the unhealthy temptations
that surround us.
Did you know?  Healthy nutrition accounts for 75% when it
comes to burning fat and toning your body.

Why not just count calories?  I am not a big believer in counting calories. All calories are different and burn fat at different rates. Basing a diet only on calories makes it difficult to keep muscle and burn fat.  Yes, with a sudden strict calorie diet, you will lose some fat at first, but that will slow down your metabolism. You will end up gaining your weight back.
You need to focus on quality small meals with protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables or fruit, for each meal.
