Felisha Brown, who has been a part of the Placencia Tourism Center team for almost five years, achieved her Associates Degree in Tourism on Saturday May 29, 2010 when she graduated with 26 of her peers from the 2nd Independence Junior College commencement ceremony. Felisha and Omar Sierra Jr. are the first from Placencia to graduate from the College.
