We’ve always been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and here in Belize we have such a wide variety of delicious food that we got to thinking… “What is your favorite Belizean Breakfast? Like if you had to have it EVERY morning for the rest of your life what would it be?” We asked people and these were the results…..

Felisha B. Fry jack.... with fry bean (home-made)& butt bacon....luv it!!!
Deb V. - Simple toast out of Creole bread with home made guava jam If I could go back in time, the same jelly on Miss Cuncu's fire hearth Johnny cakes with a li' burn on the bottom.
Marissa G. - gaucho (sp) beans, cheese, and ketchup roll up in a tortilla like a burritos.
Mary T.- The huevas rancheros with fry jack and eggs sunny side up at Wendy's.
Gram B. - anything w/ beans, preferably tortilla, cheese, egg and lots of Marie Sharps. Fry jacks can be subsisted on any given Sunday.
Brice D. - Eggs, Refried Beans & Johnny Cakes.
